Terms and Conditions

The following details are part of the legally binding agreement which includes the lessor's disclaimer from all liability for injury and damage.

1. Materials which are heavy in nature (such as soil or concrete) shall not take up more volume than the level of the non caged wall sections of the trailer. If this condition is breached, a removal fee of $100/hour will be charged to the lessee as well as the excess material being left on site.

2. In the event where the trailer is filled as per section 1 of this document, the remaining volume can be filled with light materials.

3. Items which are not permitted to be placed into the trailer as acceptable waste:

  • Asbestos
  • Oil/Grease Trap Products and Tar
  • Radioactive Waste
  • Medical Waste
  • Acid
  • Hazardous Waste Containers
  • Hazardous Waste
  • Refuse/Sewerage
  • Paints
  • Contaminated Soils
  • Tyres
  • Glass Sheet
  • Fibro and Plasta Board

Items which are placed into the trailer that fall into any of the above categories shall incur a fee of $100 per item and shall be returned to the location of pickup.

4. Any fines incurred during the duration of the customer's possession of the trailer will be the lessee's responsibility.

5. If there is an accident involving the trailer during the lessee's possession, Trailer Trash Australia must be contacted immediately. Contact Us

6. Payment for the use of the Trailer Trash Australia trailers shall be in the form of cheque,  electronic funds transfer or cash on delivery. Credit Cards are not accepted.

7. The deposit fee is to be paid on or before the delivery time of the trailer. This deposit is returned to the customer once the trailer has been picked up and passes the damage inspection process without incident.

8. In the event that damages were caused to the trailer or loss of trailer, the deposit is credited to Trailer Trash Australia. If further costs are incurred due to negligence by the lessee, then further legal proceedings shall be taken.

9. Lessee must hold a valid NSW Drivers Licence and present this upon delivery of any of the trailers for hire.

10. The trailer cannot be filled above the top of the cage. In the case that the trailer is filled higher than this point, the lessee will be charged an extra fee or alternatively the extra waste will be left on site.
